Hello! I'm a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I also have an extensive background in Maternal Child Health. My practice specializes in maternal mental health and women's mental health. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments for medication management in combination with brief supportive psychotherapy.

They could have a variety of diagnoses but the thing they have in common is they are willing to give the process time, are open to new ideas, and know there is no magic pill to fix all their problems. Focusing on medication prescribing and management, I have experience utilizing non narcotic, non addicting medications to treat anxiety, trauma, PTSD, sleep disturbance/insomnia, and in the non stimulant treatment of ADHD/ADD. Due to DEA regulations I cannot prescribe or continue stimulant medications such as Adderall, vyanse, concerta, ritalin.
