I have been seeing clients via Telehealth and all my clients like the comfort and flexibility of Telehealth for medication management. Prior to becoming an advanced practice nurse I was the Nursing Director at the Ivy Street School in Brookline- a residential and day school specializing in treatment for adolescents aged 12-22 struggling with chronic mental health issues, behavioral dysregulation, Autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities and traumatic brain injuries.
