I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama, a Master of Science in Nursing followed by a Post-Master’s Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science. I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and credentialed through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Dr. Claudine Onsongo is a doctorally prepared nurse practitioner, board-certified in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Adult Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC) with over 10 years of providing compassionate and effective care in variety of healthcare settings. My goal is to work together with you for an ideal treatment plan.
