Dr. Moran received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Missouri- St. Louis and is board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursing career in emergency medicine in 2014. While maintaining her career in the Emergency Department, she expanded her experience to the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Vascular Access Lab, and Psychiatry. Dr. Moran approaches patient care with openness and understanding. She acts as a strong patient advocate and includes every patient to find the best-individualized plan.

I am an ANCC board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I first earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Delaware. I served as a nurse in several fields and joined the Army Reserve as a medic. In 2021, I earned my Master of Science in Nursing at National University. I specialize in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy for patients with depression, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

I am dual board certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist. People come to treatment for all sorts of reasons — ADHD, anxiety, depression, difficulty functioning at work or school, family conflict, challenges in relationships, low self-esteem, or simply a desire to learn more about themselves. As a psychiatrist with expertise in both medication management and psychotherapy, I can help patients develop a treatment plan that meets their needs. Joji is an ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a master's degree in science and a doctorate in nursing practice. Since graduating, she has worked as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in an inpatient psychiatric setting. She has a wide range of experience working with patients with depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorders, substance use, and bipolar disorders. She also worked with patients receiving ECT treatments to manage treatment-resistant depression and other severe psychiatric conditions.

I am a general adult psychiatrist, practicing individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, couple psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and neuropsychiatry. My approach can be described as eclectic and practical. I routinely treat people with mood disorders, anxiety disrders, addiction disorders, and personality disorders.

Dr. Jessica Clark is an ANCC board-certified psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner who specializes in medication prescription and management. She holds a doctorate in nursing practice from the University at Buffalo and bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Rochester. Before joining Rivia, Dr. Clark served as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in the U.S. Air Force where she worked with patients struggling with a wide- range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, mood and sleep issues, alcohol dependence, relationship issues, and general life stress.

Kyle Wiktor is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who specializes in the treatment of adolescents and adults. Kyle has treated multiple diagnoses including but not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and dual diagnoses. He strives to provide the best mental health treatment to his patients by being empathetic, compassionate , and kind by utilizing his vast experience and knowledge of Psychiatry.
