Dr. Mark Chofla is a board-certified psychiatrist and physician who completed his specialty residency training at the Los Angeles County + University of Southern California Medical Center. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California at Davis, Dr. Chofla earned his medical degree from Midwestern University: Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine.

During his time in Houston, TX completing his Doctorate in Nursing Practice degree he completed clinical rotations at UTHealth Houston Harris County Psychiatric Center, Houston Methodist Hospital, Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital, Psychiatry of Texas, Synapse Psychiatry and Turning Point Psychiatry. He completed his doctoral research project on post-stroke depression and post-stroke anxiety.

January 18, 2023 UPDATE for ADHD: New patients seeking medication management for ADHD are welcome to attend all appointments online. Please be aware, though, that you must be seen once in-person for any prescribing to happen past April 11, 2023. In-person appointment times are available on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12pm to 8pm. Our Seattle office is located on the waterfront overlooking Elliott Bay at 101 Elliott Avenue West. We are on the top floor of the building in Suite 500. Parking is available underneath the building.
