I treat a wide range of mental health issues including, but not limited to, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, depression, anxiety, addictive disorders, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, and bipolar disorder. I also work with people who are managing difficult life transitions requiring short-term support.

Hello! I am a psych PA which means I focus on medication management but I try to be as thorough and comprehensive as possible with treatment plans. I schedule 1 hour intakes to try to get to know you the best I can because the better I can know you, the better I can help you. You will outline in the beginning what your goals are and what you have been feeling. From there we will cover your psychiatric and medical history, the range of all mental health symptoms you have experienced, talk about substance use, social history, labs, and together develop a plan that feels right, ensuring time to answer all your questions and concerns.

Dr. Jennifer is a doctorally trained PMHNP licensed in RI, MA and CT to treat psychiatric patients. She is able to diagnose and manage a wide range of psychiatric conditions for patients ages 5 years and above. Dr. Jennifer has a deep passion for helping individuals struggling with various mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, sleep issues, PTSD, and psychotic disorders. With over a decade of experience in medical and mental health settings, she has honed her expertise in managing complex medical and psychiatric conditions.

Accepting new patients. We provide clinical evaluations and medication management for those aged 4-60 years old via telepsychiatry video sessions and in-office appointments. We offer expert treatment plans to ease your suffering and emotional pain using the biopsychosocial framework. While we believe psychotropic treatment can be both curative and beneficial for symptom management, we encourage our patients to engage meaningfully in their own treatment by participating in psychotherapy, exercise, mindfulness, and healthy nutrition.

My model of mental health care puts patients in the middle. First and foremost, I believe in listening to the patient. So much can be learned by listening, watching, and truly hearing what a patient tells me is happening with them and their body. I conduct psychiatric assessments and make recommendations for treatment with psychiatric medications.

Hello, my name is Nicole Sanchez. I became a nurse practitioner because I genuinely love to help people. I was born on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico and raised in Providence, Rhode Island. I started my journey to become a registered nurse because I felt a calling to help people in need and when they are at their worst. I graduated from National University College in Arecibo, Puerto Rico with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 2011. I am fluent in Spanish and English. I have worked as an inpatient psychiatric nurse for over 6 years.
