Welcome to my practice! I am a double board-certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist. I specialize in the treatment of emotional, behavioral, and cognitive issues in individuals of all ages. I am committed to delivering exceptional patient care with a focus on personalized treatment. Dr. Ibrahimi channels his energy into providing individualized care for each of his patients, as each patient exhibits a variety of symptoms and disorders. He is dedicated to reaching the root cause of the symptoms that patients exhibit so that treatment is maximized to its optimal effects. Dr. Ibrahimi enjoys using the most advanced modalities of treatment which includes TMS (Trans Magnetic Cranial Treatment), which shown to be a more effective, safe, direct alternative treatment to various psychopathologies including depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Insomnia, and PTSD.

I am an open-minded and holistic psychiatrist who takes the whole person into account when I am treating him/her. I practice the biopsychosocial model and I also understand that not all treatment modalities work for all people. I tailor treatment goals and strategies for each individual person. I am also a big believer in combining diet, exercise, acupuncture, reiki, massage, physical therapy, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, psychoeducation, groups into the treatment plan and focusing on wellness as well.

Finding a Board Certified Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, one who approaches treatment from an evidence based clinical, holistic, developmental and systems based (family, school, etc) perspective is challenging. I am committed to improving lives of children, adolescents and their families. I specialize in Autism, Anxiety and OCD disorders. I treat these through Cognitive Behavioral, Exposure Response Prevention, Family or Parent Behavioral Management therapies with or without psychotropic medications. I incorporate mindfulness, psychoeducation, sensory and complimentary interventions as appropriate.

In psychiatric mental health since 2016, I specialize in combination medication management and brief therapy for patients who suffer from trauma, depression and anxiety. I offer a supportive, open environment for my patients. LGBTQAI+ and neurodivergent clients most welcome! I am a certified autism spectrum disorder clinical specialist. In addition, I offer non-judgmental alcohol and substance abuse medication management, as well.

I currently see patients in my private office, where I specialize in working with a broad spectrum of complex diagnoses and conditions, such as atypical mood disorders, psychoses, and personality disorders. I use an integrative treatment approach to address several possible areas of concern, including genetics, epigenetics, biochemistry, interpersonal skills, current stress, and historical life experiences.

Dr. Tara Valenzuela DNP, PMHNP-BC. is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She treats mental health across the lifespan. Her treatments are healing-centered, education-forward, person-focused. This involves customized strategies that may begin with therapy and medication, and can involve holistic planning including nutrition and activity to treat the whole person. She aligns with the idea that Nursing is the facilitation of healing, and works to provide intervention, education, and advocacy. Dr. Tara Valenzuela believes psychiatric treatment allows a life worth living to be lived.

Renaissance Behavioral Medicine provides psychotherapy and medication management services for children, teens and adults for various mental health conditions including but not limited to major depressive disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, substance addiction and all anxiety disorders.
