It is my honor to meet you and work together to formulate an integrative and holistic plan that will promote wellness and a better outlook. My traits are team work, professionalism, customer service and flexibility. I see persons ages 6 to 80. I am particularly interested in substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, sleep issues and psychotic issues. As a veteran myself, I connect well with veterans, and members of the LGBTQ, refugees and immigrants are all welcomed.

I believe that every individual and circumstance is unique, therefore a unique approach of care will result in the best possible outcome. Understanding the cultural, religious, psychological, and social characteristics of a patient and their family dynamic is of utmost importance when providing mental health care. I am accepting new patients ages 10+ for Medication management and Psychotherapy. Areas of focus include, but is not limited to Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Depression, Anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Psychosis and Adjustment Disorders.

In my practice, we are currently accepting NEW patients for medication management, therapy, chemical dependency treatment including suboxone. We also provide esketamine/spravato. My interests are varied and include a wide spectrum of disorders, such as major depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, substance use, ADHD and PTSD. I explore the biological, psychological and social components of mental illness and utilize tools and interventions to evaluate and treat my patients, including diagnostic laboratory tests, prescribed medications and coping strategies. We accept most insurances and private pay.

I specialize in assessing, diagnosing and treating mental health symptoms to include depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar, schizophrenia and various mental health concerns. Telehealth appointments are available on weekends. I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner that is passionate about mental health. I have over ten years' experience helping with your mental health concerns from ages 6 years and above. I am trained and qualified to diagnose and treat various psychiatric disorders across the lifespan. My focus is on providing quality, empathetic, and comprehensive mental health services to individuals across the lifespan. I am empathetic, a good listener, and willing to give an honest diagnosis and treatment plan irrespective of race, gender, or sexual orientation.
