We are currently accepting new patients for ADHD Neuropsychological testing. Think you have ADHD? No problem! We offer ADHD Objective Testing that can be used to guide ADHD diagnosis for patients. The testing can also be done at the office and via telehealth. We also offer adult autism assessment and DBT-informed therapy. At Ample Grace Psychiatry, we offer a custom approach for each client! Dr. Dana believes providing compassion & building a strong rapport are the foundations to creating a trusting partnership. She doesn't believe in "cookie cutter" approaches. Rather, Dr. Dana considers several interventions to help you achieve an optimal quality of life based on your specific needs & stressors: psychotherapy, psychotropic medication & integrative psychiatry (e.g. herbs, supplements, essential oils, plant-based medicine).

As an MD, I am able to prescribe medication. My initial evaluation includes a treatment plan for therapy, as well as medication and other traditional and nontraditional techniques. I am a solution oriented therapist and I use patient's strengths to meet their goals. The integration of body, mind and spirit is necessary when treating the emotional concerns of my patients. I work with all addictions and provide relapse prevention education. I treat all traditional psychiatric disorders in addition to; working with patients that are dealing with loss, difficult life transitions, chronic illnesses and relationship issues.

Amanda is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), with more than 19 years of experience in health care. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, she has worked in inpatient, hospital consultation, emergency/crisis, and clinic/outpatient settings. Her diverse background allows her to provide holistic, integrated, and individualized care for each person she works with.

Elizabeth is a compassionate and empathetic professional that values people as individuals. She takes pride in providing timely, patient-specific care based on current evidence-based research. As a provider, Elizabeth takes pride in her ability to listen to, observe, educate, and understand the needs of her clients. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys the outdoors. She and her dogs hike at every opportunity and will jump into any lake not frozen over.
