I am a board certified Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner who treats clients of all ages. I have nearly 30 years of experience in nursing which allows me to consider mind-body factors which contribute to mental health and physical disorders. I treat most disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and psychosis. I work with the client to develop an integrative treatment plan, using medications, naturopathic supplements as well as CBT, mindfulness and DBT methods to help clients achieve the highest level of wellness.

Dr. Mirza is a licensed and a dual board certified child & adolescent psychiatrist who specializes in mental health issues that arise in childhood or adolescence. Her main areas of focus include ADHD, Autism, behavioral disorders, impulse control disorders, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, bipolar disorders, psychotic disorders, adjustment disorders, development disorders, trauma and stressor related disorders and personality disorders.

Dr. Randall McIntyre has been practicing Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry in the Austin area for over thirty years. He was raised in Midland, Texas. He holds a BA- biology from The University of Texas - Austin, and an MD from The University of Texas Medical School-Houston. He did his internship in Family Practice at Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Subsequently, he completed residencies in General and Child Psychiatry at UTHSC-Houston. He is doubly Boarded in Child and Adult Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Seeking mental health care can be an overwhelming experience but my approach is to break it down into simple steps. I meet my patients and families where they are, understand their concerns and collaborate with them to create a plan that we all can buy into. To create the best patient experience, I provide longer appointment times as well as my patients and families have my direct contact number so that we stay connected in between visits. Alina Naik, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, has worked in a variety of health settings, including acute care, psychiatry and neurology. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin, with a certificate in Public Health. She then received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, specializing as a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Alina is passionate about equity and treats every client with empathy and understanding. Her approach to treatment utilizes culturally-competent, patient-centered care to promote optimal healing.

Ife Ihaza is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience working in the field of mental health. She is dedicated and patient-focused with proven strengths in acute and primary patient care, research, and patient advocacy. Ife is known for her exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and for her ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accurate and efficient documentation. She holds a BSN from Shenandoah University and an MSN in Psychiatric Mental Health from The University of Texas Health Science Center Houston.

I became a nurse practitioner to deliver a higher level of patient care, realize a greater scope of practice and have increased job satisfaction. She completed a two-year advanced fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital/McLean Hospital through Harvard Medical School. She did her residency in Adult Psychiatry at Harvard Longwood Psychiatry Residency Training Program. She obtained her medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Texas A&M University, graduating summa cum laude.
