Hi, am the owner/ head Clinician at Hope Mental Health. When you come see me, you will get 2 providers in your care. Myself and one of my fabulous student/interns. The latter will take your medical/psych history and then I will come on and join to create the treatment plan and prescribe meds when evaluation is complete. On subsequent visits, you will see the student/intern and he/she will bring me on when needed when a change is needed to meds or the treatment plan. Our practice is integrative/functional in nature, meaning that we combine traditional psych meds with supplements, including vitamins to treat the root problem.

Katie is a National Board-Certified Physician Assistant who's been practicing Psychiatry in Tampa, FL since 2016. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science in 2009 and a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2010 after completing the five-year accelerated program from Marywood University. Katie obtained her psychiatric certificate of added qualifications through the NCCPA in October of 2022. Katie has over 13 years of psychiatric experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Katie currently practices at The Florida Psychiatric Center.
