Dr. Liliana Kim, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing care to patients in Virginia. Dr. Kim started her career as a critical care nurse in multiple, complex health care environments such as Neonatal ICU, Cardiac ICU, and General ICU. After earning her Doctorate degree in Family Nursing Practice at the Medical University of South Carolina, she participated in two major clinical research studies, that were part of the Operation Warp Speed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Helen Lancy is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s in Nursing from Spring Arbor University, pursuing a Doctor of Nursing in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of Missouri. With four years of adult-gerontology psychiatry experience, she specializes in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and trauma in adults 18+. Passionate about providing evidence-based, compassionate care, Helen is dedicated to serving patients from diverse backgrounds, particularly those in underserved communities. Helen champions patient empowerment, guiding her patients to take control of their health and emotional wellbeing.

Maggie is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She has a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and minor in Neuroscience from Miami University. Since 2013 she has worked in various settings, such as: community mental health, private practice, corrections, and skilled/assisted nursing facilities. Maggie specializes in geriatric psychiatry, anxiety disorders (including post traumatic stress disorder, panic disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder), mood disorders (including major depressive disorder and bipolar disorder) ADHD.

Shahauna is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of experience in psychiatric and behavioral health settings. She worked as a psychiatric RN for many years prior to becoming a psychiatric NP. This experience has provided her with a unique perspective and a multitude of resources during treatment planning.

Alexis Ryan is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with her Master’s of Science in Nursing acquired from Vanderbilt University’s No. 1 ranked program in the country. She combines expertise and evidence-based approaches to care with an unflagging commitment to compassion and kindness in order to treat a variety of psychiatric disorders with particular proficiency in mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Alexis utilizes psychotherapy, creates treatment plans, prescribes clinically-supported medications, and provides diagnostic clarity and education.

Ms. Jennifer Sims is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who has over 25 years of experience in psychiatry and in a variety of settings including inpatient, academics, and outpatient. Ms. Sims received her Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Indiana University. She is also a Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist and has an MBA. Her clinical passion is Patient-Centered Care and working in collaboration with Clients to assist them with their mental health well-being. She treats a variety of psychiatric disorders to include, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.

Dr. Robert F. Busch, MD Dr. Robert F. Busch is a Psychiatrist in Virginia who has been practicing since 2014. Dr. Busch has a whole health perspective, addressing mental and physical pain in a compassionate way. This is because it is imperative to understanding a person through their mental, physical, emotional, interpersonal, and spiritual health. Dr. Busch utilizes up to date science and combines it with psychiatric techniques to offer plans tailored to the individual to optimize wellbeing. Ms. Gange provides addiction treatment as well as mental health medication management services to adolescents and adults. She provides treatment for co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Ms. Gange is certified to provide Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opiate use disorder using buprenorphine (Suboxone) and is experienced in treating other substance use disorders. An additional area of clinical focus includes comprehensive treatment for benzodiazepine dependence.

Brent R. Coyle, M.D. is a Board Certified Psychiatrist with the additional distinction of "Distinguished Fellow," with over 36 years of experience in psychiatry in various settings, including inpatient, academic, and outpatient. Dr. Coyle received his M.D. from The University of Minnesota, Mpls. campus, and he completed his Psychiatric Residency at Wilford Hall, USAF Medical Center in San Antonio, TX. His clinical passion is Patient-Centered Care and working in collaboration with Clients to assist them with their mental health and well-being.

Loyette Wong is a military veteran and board-certified nurse practitioner. As a nurse practitioner, she has treated patients with a wide range of diagnoses in the fields of sleep medicine, neurology and family medicine. She went on to receive her post-master's certification in psychiatric-mental health in order to better serve the demand of her patients. She specializes in providing compassionate and culturally competent care.
