I have been working as a psychiatrist for over thirty years growing my skills in psychotherapy, psychoanalysis and in medication treatments for adults and adolescents (over age 12). Many psychiatrists only prescribe medications. I can provide both the psychotherapy, and when indicated, I prescribe medications. I use my training as a physician and a psychotherapist to reduce symptoms and promote resolution of emotional distress. A unique area of my practice developed from my experience as the CEO of a Boston Hosp followed by 10 years consulting to executives from major corporations regarding career stress and leadership skills.

My name is Lauren Falcone and I am a Nurse Practitioner specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and addiction by seamlessly combining lifestyle counseling and medication management. I work with both adolescents and adults, and take great pride in the comprehensive and thorough treatment I provide to each of my clients. In addition to receiving medication management at Elevate, clients are also able to participate in individual therapy, as well as our Intensive Outpatient Programs (we have Adult and Adolescent tracks). Dr. Yan graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard University with honors in Economics. She holds a law degree from Harvard and was a practicing attorney before pursuing her medical education at New York University School of Medicine. While in medical school, she won the Best Research Presentation Award for the Jack Cary Eichenbaum Summer Scholars Program. She received her residency training in psychiatry at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she served on the Mental Health Crisis Response Team during the Covid pandemic.

I am a physician with expertise managing anxiety, mood disorders and medical problems related to chronic stress and anxiety. My goal is to help you better manage difficiult problems in life transitions, work and relationships. My work includes teaching mindful awareness strategies moment to moment to help build insight and better understanding of yourself. You will understand the inter-relationship between physical issues and brain function and how medication works to change this dynamic. My goal is to help patients become more self-aware with new insights and use less medication.

I am a psychiatrist, Columbia trained, board certified in general psychiatry, with an extensive background in medicine. I specialize in treating attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, anxiety disorders (panic, phobias, generalized anxiety), mood disorders (depression, bipolar), obsessive compulsive states and post traumatic stress disorder. Treatment is with psychotherapy alone or medication plus psychotherapy. Medication management is offered when another therapist is involved.
