I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Doctorate from Boston College (DNP) and a masters in counseling from Boston University (LMHC). I specialize in the assessment and treatment of children with autism, ADHD, and anxiety as well as, adults & teens with anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, major life changes, work/school stress, building confidence, & family conflict.

My motto is, “You’re the expert on you.” I have expert knowledge in psychiatry, and you are the expert on your life, body, and needs. My goal is to work together with you to assess your unique story and create a plan to help you address your needs and meet your goals. In addition to "traditional" medication management and psychiatry, I work with my team at Plus by APN to help you evaluate additional psychiatric options like Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato or ketamine-assisted healing, or neurofeedback.

I see children, teens and adults with all types of mental health conditions. I can see patients virtually (in Colorado or Florida) or in my office in Sarasota Florida. Starting in 6/1/24 I will be converting my practice to virtual only. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. My ideal patient is a person or family motivated for change now. I offer cutting-edge treatments with intakes and followups within seven days to all of my patients. All patients have direct email, phone, and text access to my medical team. From young children to elite adult athletes with ADHD to people challenged by other behavioral health issues, I am enthusiastic and eager to help!
