Dr. Kevin White, MD, is a highly respected psychiatrist in Berkeley, CA, with over 21 years of experience. He earned his medical degree from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 2001. Dr. White specializes in adult psychiatry with a fully outpatient practice, focusing primarily on medication management and incorporating therapy. He holds strong interests in international and academic mental health, as well as expertise in ADHD and mood disorder spectrum.

Roberta received her Master of Science in Nursing with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification from California State University, Long Beach. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Roberta has gained a well-rounded knowledge in outpatient, inpatient, and crisis stabilization for mental health. Hello, I'm Mariam Fazil, DNP, PMHNP,a board-certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Are you or your loved ones struggling to balance mental and physical health? Dr. Lee Dockery serves as a general pscyhiatry provider for Talkiatry since joining in August 2022. He is board-eligible with expected certification in fall 2022, with further addiction psychiatry board-certification expected in 2023. He has been training and practicing psychiatry since 2018. Dr. Dockery’s practice emphasizes medication management within a therapy-informed framework, utilizing skills from Acceptance and Commitment therapy, mindfulness based therapies, motivation interviewing, and supportive therapy. Typically, he offers 60-minute new visits and 30-minute follow-up visits.

Dr. Cheryl Person is the National Director of Clinical Quality at Talkiatry. She is board certified in general adult psychiatry and has been in practice for 20 years. Dr. Person focuses on medication management but believes that is only part of successful treatment. She will spend her time providing motivational interviewing or supportive therapy, and believes it is often critical to have a therapist as part of the treatment team. Dr. Person received her medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Johns Hopkins as well as a psychiatric epidemiology fellowship.

Dr. Inderpreet Virk, M.D practices adult psychiatry and is board-certified with American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with advance training in Addiction Psychiatry from UCLA. He is well published in the field of psychiatry. Dr. Virk thrives to provide competent and compassionate care to his patients. Dr. Virk provides tailored based approach whether it involves medication management or psychotherapy, and he likes to develop working relationship with his patients to mutually establish best treatment plan.

Dr. Kristin Ratz is a Board-Certified psychiatrist who is an expert in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental, emotional and behavioral disorders. She specializes in medication management combined with supportive therapy during 30-minute follow-up sessions. A California local, Dr. Ratz obtained her undergraduate education at University of California, Davis, graduating magna cum laude.t. She then attended medical school at Loma Linda University School of Medicine, obtaining her Medical Doctorate. Following this, she completed her adult psychiatry residency training at the University of California, Irvine.

Dr. Marla Richard is Stanford trained board-certified psychiatrist and board eligible in geriatric psychiatry from UCSD. She has been practicing in a variety of settings for the last 30 years. Dr. Richard uses an an integrated health paradigm with general and geriatric patients using traditional psychopharmacology, interpersonal neurobiology practices, and personality assessments to look at root motivations for behaviors to address core issues and with medication management as needed. Dr. Marla believes that you need to take a whole-person approach to both mental and physical health.

Dr. Silverman is a board certified Staff Psychist at Talkiatry. He has over 30 years of experience and joined Talkiatry in 2019. He treats clients with talk therapy, medication management when indicated and by supporting clients in making lifestyle changes and choosing health-promoting strategies that produce sustained results. He completed his medical training at Tel Aviv University in Israel. After completing medical training, Dr. Silverman went on to complete two years of Residency in Pediatrics at The Brookdale Hospital Medical Center and an additional two years of Residency in Psychiatry at The Mount Sinai Medical Center.
