Jeffrey Shralow is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, who has been practicing within advanced practice nursing since 2013. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Master's of Science in Nursing and he is licensed and certified with a specialization as a Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner. Jeffrey received his B.S.N. from Villanova University in 2008. He also has a Master's of Arts degree in Buddhist Studies from Naropa University. Jeffrey serves clients across the lifespan, from ages 6 through older adult/geriatric.

Ellen Meshileya is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Delaware. Ellen provides a safe space for clients to receive appropriate help for their specific mental health diagnosis. Outside of work, Ellen enjoys spending time with family, traveling, going for walks on the beach, and watching movies.

Dr. Xiaojing Shi is a board-certified general adult psychiatrist. She is a dedicated and experienced community outpatient psychiatrist who graduated from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School Psychiatry Residency Program, formerly worked as an outpatient psychiatrist and a faculty of Case Western Reserve University in Department of Psychiatry, MetroHealth System in Cleveland. She has working experience in treating depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, ADHD, dementia and many other psychiatric diseases. She provides psychiatric evaluation, medication management and therapeutic services.
