Dr. Dia Arpon is a Psychiatrist in Delaware who has been practicing since 2006. Dr. Arpon provides empathy, knowledge, experience, family medicine and general psychiatry training. She is trained in multiple therapy approaches such as trauma focused therapy, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, supportive, and motivational interviewing. Dr. Arpon specializes in PTSD, substance abuse, LGBTQI issues, community, women's health, Depression, and Anxiety. Jeffrey Shralow is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, who has been practicing within advanced practice nursing since 2013. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Master's of Science in Nursing and he is licensed and certified with a specialization as a Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner. Jeffrey received his B.S.N. from Villanova University in 2008. He also has a Master's of Arts degree in Buddhist Studies from Naropa University. Jeffrey serves clients across the lifespan, from ages 6 through older adult/geriatric.

My philosophy and the way of treating patients is to let them know from the beginning that I am just another person in the world, just like they are. Nothing makes me invincible to any mental health disorder (anxiety, depression, OCD, etc.) When we start talking about treatment plans and medications are involved versus going all natural treatment (which I have resources to share with others for this as well). Either way, the patient ultimately chooses their treatment plans and goals with me. My slogan for my business and has been for my life for a very long time is this: "No one is PERFECT; however we are ALL perfectly imperfect!"

NP Grossman treats children ages 12 and up, teens, and adults suffering from a variety of diagnosis. She treats anxiety, depression, grief, bipolar, school anxiety, death anxiety, ADHD and any mental ailment that is keeping you from living your best life.
