Examples of empirically validated behavioral protocols include written exposure therapy for trauma, dialectical skills for emotion regulation, activity schedule reviews for ADHD, sleep diaries for insomnia, and behavioral activation for depression. My medication prescribing is a collaborative endeavor, informed by the latest meta-analyses and randomized control trials.

Shiela is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMMHNP-BC) who manages and treats a wide range of mental health concerns that include: depression, anxiety, ADHD, sleep/insomnia, and other concerns not listed. Shiela is passionate about providing quality, compassionate and comprehensive mental health services to adolescents and adults. As a PMHNP, Shiela's role includes providing education, advocating for mental health, providing therapy, and managing medication.

She manages and treats a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, ODD, adjustment disorder, and insomnia. She is devoted to providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services. As a PMHNP, Tracy's role includes educator, advocate, therapist, and medication manager.

She performed her adult and child psychiatry training at Harvard Medical School training sites including Massachusetts General Hospital/McLean Hospital and Cambridge Hospital, respectively. She has been practicing for over 15 years in a variety of settings including academic research, inpatient, residential and outpatient psychiatric services.

She received her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies Degree from Duquesne University. Michelle also received Master Psychopharmacology Certificate from the Neuroscience Education Institute and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from Beck Institute.
