I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner, offering consultation, medication management and therapy in downtown Northampton. I care about what makes us unique, as well as what we have in common. My interests include anxiety disorders like panic and OCD, as well as people on the autism spectrum or with social or learning differences. I'm delighted to work with LGBTQ clients or those in gender transition. I'm a believer in trauma -sensitive care, trained in DBT and in mindfulness. Clients say I'm both communicative and collaborative. Please note that my practice is currently limited to people aged 16 and older.

I have over 20 years of experience treating psychiatric disorders including anxiety, depression and ADD. I earned my BSN and MSN at the University of Pennsylvania in 2002 and have worked at both inpatient and outpatient setting. I provide psychiatric medication prescriptions and medication management. I also offer ADHD testing and treatment. I do not provide psychotherapy. I treat ages 18 and above.

PivotCare Precision Psychiatry , an integrative psychiatric group practice provides outpatient adolescent, adult & geriatric Psychiatric Appointments via face-to-face visits or HIPAA compliant virtual visits. We offer outpatient Psychiatric evaluations, medication management, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and other forms of psychotherapy including collaborative care integration with PCP's, second opinions for local physicians, and other providers. We offer evening , weekend appointments and can generally can schedule patients within 72 hours.

My aim is to deliver the same level of care equal which is expected for members of my family. I received my Master’s Degree in Psychiatric Mental Health in 2016 from Northeastern University in Boston. As a Registered Nurse, the majority of my past nursing experience is with women and children. In the realm of school nursing I have served children with special needs, first at the Cotting School in Lexington, then shared between Arlington School and Pathways Academy, both of McLean Hospital, becoming full time at Arlington School of McLean.

I am a Harvard trained, board certified, Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist with a private practice in Back Bay Area, Boston. I believe that, the treatment process begins by creating an empathic and trusting relationship between the clinician and patients. During my evaluation and ongoing work, I consider various factors such as, genetic predisposition, biological, psychological and social processes to understand the person fully. With a comprehensive 90-minute eval, I work to understand your concerns and goals. You will not be treated as a label or an algorithm. When done with care, treatment can help you feel less down, tired or worried and feel more motivated, focused, and well without changing who you are or sedating or numbing you.
