We specialize in ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, DMDD for children, adolescents/teens, and adults. We treat a small group of clients and focus on personalization of services. Allow us to provide quality care to you or your child.

Dr. King works with both adults and children. Dr. King is able to connect with clients and help them feel comfortable discussing personal histories and concerns. Dr. King has been working in Pediatrics since 2007 and has worked in the psychiatric field with children and adults since 2012 in a variety of settings including hospitals, medical centers and private practice.

I am a psychopharmacology expert with 26 years of experience. I provide psychiatric evaluation and treatment to children, adolescents and adults with a history of ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, Panic Disorder, Anxiety Attacks, OCD, Depression, lack of motivation and insomnia. I am board certified in general psychiatry and also child and adolescent psychiatry. My full time work is medical director at McLean Hospital (Named America's #1 Hospital for Psychiatry by U.S. News and World Report). I am a clinical instructor in psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.

I am a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist who is double board certified in Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry. I incorporate psycho-dynamic, cognitive behavioral, supportive therapies, and psychopharmacological management and tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. I work with individuals and families to navigate through difficult times and I will provide personalized recommendations to address the difficulties you may be facing. I have a lot of research and clinical work in sleep medicine and can utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to help with your sleep difficulties.

Dr. Toppelberg is an experienced, Harvard-trained child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist, usually working with ages 3-30. He evaluates and treats emotional/ behavioral difficulties including ADHD, depression, trauma, stress, anxiety, and selective mutism, and those preventing weight loss. He has focused on issues of performance at work, study and competitive sports. He regularly works with tour-level tennis players and other professional and student athletes. He is an expert in neurodevelopmental disabilities, as well as learning and language disabilities. He runs psychiatric services at an excellent school for children/adolescents with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities, the prestigious New England Center for Children.

Gloria Fallon, PMHCNS-BC is a board certified psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist in the field of Child and Adolescent psychiatry and therapy. Gloria is compassionate, seasoned and knowledgeable about the safe use of psychiatric medications children and adults. She received her Masters in Nursing from the Yale University School of Nursing with an emphasis on women, families, and children in 2001. Her extensive work experience includes a Harvard Fellowship at HVMA (now Atrius), McLean Psychiatric Hospital and Cambridge Health Alliance. She currently works in private practice via telehealth as well as the company Lifestance Inc.

I'm a psychiatrist in private practice in Cambridge, Massachusetts, providing diagnostic assessments, psychotherapy, and medication management for children, teens and adults. I trained at the Massachusetts General Hospital in psychiatry and child psychiatry, and was on faculty there for 20 years, before moving to the Boston Medical Center and the Boston University School of Medicine. I've had a part time private practice in Cambridge through most of my career.

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner working in the Andover, MA area. I have been a Nurse Practitioner for 22 years initially starting out with a specialty in primary care pediatrics and then specializing in psychiatry in 2012. My practice is primarily pediatric focused, seeing children from age 7-25. With a background in primary care, I believe in doing a comprehensive medical review while considering the appropriate treatment to meet an individual's psychiatric needs.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience treating children, adolescents, and young adults. In addition to my outpatient practice, I work in a residential group home where I provide psychiatric care for adolescents in DCF custody. My previous work experience includes inpatient pediatric psychiatric care, PHP (partial hospitalization program), emergency room consultation and MCPAP (Massachusetts Child Psychiatry Access Program).
