Nicole Albaugh, PMHNP-BC, is the founder and owner of Tranquil Minds Psychiatry. Nicole offers psychiatric services such as diagnostic testing, medication management, psychotherapy, and treatment monitoring. Psychiatric services are provided to clients 6 years old and up. Nicole is very excited to bring these services to rural Minnesota. Nicole has worked in the field of psychiatric services for 15 years in a variety of roles. She is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and has a master's in counseling and psychological services. She is a member of the ANA, APA, AANP, and MNA among other organizations.

She is able to assess, diagnose, and provide medication management services to treat various mental health disorders. It is important to her to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for all while providing culturally competent care to underserved populations in her community. She enjoys empowering clients and their families by encouraging participation and providing education.

Sycamore Holistic Telepsychiatry LLC is a psychiatric, medication management, and psychotherapy-based organization. We treat patients across the lifespan by doing evaluations, providing medication management, and psychotherapy. We are mainly a telepsychiatry practice that provides outpatient holistic services on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, depending on the needs of our clients. We also provide referrals for crisis intervention or acute level of care services when necessary. Our holistic approach to care is individualized and culturally appropriate. We walk hand in hand with our clients on their wellness journey.
