Dr. DeSarbo is a Board Certified psychiatrist specializing in the treatment of EATING DISORDERS and general psychiatry including mood disorders, anxiety issues, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues. In addition to psychopharmacology, he also practices CBT and existential therapy. He is the Medical Director of ED-180 Eating Disorder Treatment Programs which provides custom intensive treatment programs for patients in the Long Island/NYC area. He is also an author, a lecturer and the founder and host of the annual Long Island Conference on Eating Disorders. He oversees a full staff of therapists and clinicians at his offices.

I was born and raised in Athens, Greece and attended medical school in Padua, Italy. I completed my psychiatric residency at Mount Sinai West (formerly known as St. Luke's Roosevelt) hospital in New York. I completed my sex therapy training at the University of Michigan. I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA+ population. I am able to conduct evaluations and write letters for gender marker changes, hormone therapy, and gender affirming surgery procedures. Furthermore I am working with non-monogamy/polyamory, BDSM/Kink, relationship issues, sex therapy, sex work and trauma issues.

Dr. Albin is a Board Certified in Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist. He completed his residency and fellowship at the Mayo Clinic, and currently provides evaluation and management of mental health issues with psychotherapy and medication management in private practice.

I have extensive training in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry. I prefer to see patients for both psychotherapy and psychopharmacology, although I am open to working with other therapists. Elie G. Aoun, MD, MRO, is a Columbia University, quadruple board certified psychiatrist licensed in New York and in California practicing in downtown NYC. Dr. Aoun trained in general psychiatry at Brown University, in addiction psychiatry at UCSF and in forensic psychiatry at the combined Columbia University and Cornell University program. He has additional expertise in neuro-psycho-endocrinology and psychotherapy. Dr. Aoun provides diagnostic evaluations including second opinions, treatment for psychiatric disorders using psychotherapy, medication management , and forensic evaluations for civil and criminal litigation.
