Providing exceptional mental health care to the pediatric population is my number one goal. Continuing to break the stigma associated with mental health, I'm a non-judgemental listening ear and strive to help children reach their true potential. Specializing in pediatric trauma, I not only can help with medication management, but also provide resources to ensure your child is receiving a well-rounded treatment approach.

I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.

I am a licensed board certified mental health nurse practioner with a private practice in Dayton, OH. I have over 10 years experience working with behavioral health patients on both an inpatient and outpatient basis.

Lacey Kolb is a board-certified psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner. She received her master's degree in nursing from The Ohio State University and her bachelor's degree from Walsh University. She is certified through the American Nursing Credential Center. She previously worked in a community mental health outpatient practice and with Stonewall Columbus, helping to provide care to individuals in the LGTBQ+ community. She sees adults and adolescents ages 15 and up, with special interest in working with young adults. She provides a holistic approach to treatment and provides medication management services.

Biaunka Phillips is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Ohio who has been practicing since 2022. Biaunka helps her clients by being patient centered, empathetic, attentive, and dedicated to their needs. She involves her clients, so they feel they are a part of their care. Biaunka has gained experience in critical care, medical-surgical, and long-term care throughout her nursing career. Over the last 7 years, Biaunka has worked in mental health and provided education and assisted in meeting patients' needs.

Candra is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to providing a holistic approach to mental health care. Prior to becoming an Advanced Practice Nurse, she spent more than a decade in mental health and substance use nursing. Her career journey has led her through diverse experiences in both inpatient and outpatient environments, enriching her expertise and proficiency in providing comprehensive care.

Sheila Jones, PMHNP Sheila Jones is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Ohio who has been practicing since 2021. She has an Associate's Degree in Surgical Technology from The University of Akron, an Associates of Applied Science in Nursing from Cuyahoga Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Akron, and a Masters in Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. Shelia believes that as Confucius said, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

Ideally my patient is as invested in their care as I am. They could have a variety of diagnoses but the thing they have in common is they are willing to give the process time, are open to new ideas, and know there is no magic pill to fix all their problems. My patients want to get to the best version of themselves and are willing to try therapy as well as medications to help them reach that goal. My patient wants an empathetic, listening provider who can guide their care based on the evidence, but tailored to their individual needs.

Jennifer Eckhardt is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, board certified from the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in nursing at Wright State University. Prior to receiving her PMHNP, she has over 18 years of experience as a nurse working in addiction in pregnancy, inpatient behavioral health, and labor and delivery. While working as a nurse in addiction, she felt the need to further her education about mental health disorders in order to make an impact within this community.

Dr. Solaro is a board certified child and adolescentpsychiatrist with more than 20 years of experience working with children andadolescents in outpatient, inpatient and residential treatment settings. After graduating summa cum laude from Northwestern University with a bachelor'sdegree in education and child development, Dr. Solaro earned her medical degreefrom the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She completed hergeneral psychiatry residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Rush University in Chicago, where she served as chief resident.

Emilia Mba, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with training and experience treating patients with psychiatric disorders across lifespan. She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to adolescents and adults. She follows evidence-based guidelines. She brings a humanistic philosophy of holistic care and she values interdisciplinary collaboration. My goal as a psychiatric nurse practitioner is to build partnerships with patients to effectively assess, diagnose, and manage mental health conditions while providing holistic patient care. Advocating for patient needs and concerns allows me as the provider to achieve the best possible outcome for the patient.
