I strongly believe in meeting patients where they are in their individual journeys. The ideal client is the one who attends their initial evaluation to talk through their experience and potential treatment options. I approach patient care holistically and attempt to develop an understanding of the patient’s lived experience and current symptoms. Do you seek deep healing without pressing pause on your life? InnerSpace is an intensive outpatient program designed in an 8-week cycle. Our treatment methods help you find wellness while keeping you out of the hospital. With an interdisciplinary approach, InnerSpace combines therapeutic and psychiatric modalities. We specialize in treating mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD and learning disorders, and various forms of addiction. Group sessions occur on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 4 pm to 7 pm. The program also includes individual therapy, individual psychiatry sessions, family sessions, treatment planning, and a feedback session upon completion of the program.
