I have been a practicing Nurse Practitioner for 23 years. I have a completed the certification for Master of Psychopharmacology with the Neurological Education Institiute (NEI) and ADHD certified with Evergreen certifications as a clinical services provider. I try to focus on the patient's needs by listening to their concerns. Together we work on the most important struggles the patient is experiencing. I use a holistic approach to treatments, such as diet, exercise, sleep hygiene, with medications and counseling to treat mental issues. I feel that it is most important to listen to my patients.

Dr. Denise Davis is a psychiatrist who has been practicing since 1998. She graduated from The Medical College of WI with honors and then completed a psychiatry residency again through The Medical College of WI Affiliated Hospitals. She believes in educating the patient on different treatment options and working together to find the best course of care. Her main areas of focus include depression and anxiety. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, pets and travelling.

I am a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a Mental Health Specialty certification. I offer psychological evaluations and provide medication management services for the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, etc. I treat children and adolescents ages 4 through 21.

She is very excited to draw on her 18 years of nursing experience and her previous licensure as a counselor to provide a full spectrum of psychiatric care. She is always researching new and better ways to help people accomplish their mental health goals. Her practice is client-centered, holistic, and tailored to meet both medical and counseling goals of individuals. She has a huge interest in helping people meet their goals with natural medications/supplements and with the help of genetic testing for individuals that interested.

During initial visits, I provide a thorough examination of the psychological, physiological, and social etiologies of a patient's symptoms. With that foundation, I can offer the most appropriate and beneficial recommendations for pharmacotherapy and counseling. My holistic clinical approach encompasses the mind-body connection. I incorporate into my recommendations on compassion and mindfulness practices, proper nutrition and sleep, joyful movement, as well as medication in the creation and maintenance of overall well-being.

Dr. Hilary Tesch is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Wisconsin who has been practicing since 2017. Hilary has a Bachelor's in Nursing from Carroll University, a Master's of Nursing from Alverno College, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Dr. Tesch offers a safe space for clients to have a session focusing on their needs in the moment. Dr. Tesch believes in positive therapeutic rapport, with the client being the expert of their life and needs. Dr. Tesch offers education, therapy, and medication management in all sessions.

A priority for me is explaining and providing education so you can make an informed decision about your treatment plan, which may include medications, therapy referrals, pharmacogenetic testing, TMS/ECT/ketamine referrals, vitamins/supplements, and other holistic options.

Antidepressants not working? TMS is an FDA approved non-medication based option, covered by insurance. It activates cells in the brain that tend to be under-active in depression and also promotes release of neurotransmitters that help mood. TMS targets the part of the brain specifically involved in mood regulation. TMS also works on a concept called neuroplasticity. Stimulating the left prefrontal cortex can induce the brain into creating new pathways for effective transmission. Dr. Yin offers other evidence based treatments too.
