I’m a psychiatrist double boarded in Adult and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. I have over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from ages 5 through 65. My undergraduate training was at Harvard University, my medical school training was at Boston University, my 4 year Adult Psychiatry Residency was at Walter Reed, and my 2 year Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship was at Duke University, where I was Chief Fellow. I worked at Duke University and Womack Army Medical Center as an Adult Psychiatrist, then as a Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist for the past 20 years.

Gloria Fallon, PMHCNS-BC is a board certified psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist in the field of Child and Adolescent psychiatry and therapy. Gloria is compassionate, seasoned and knowledgeable about the safe use of psychiatric medications children and adults. She received her Masters in Nursing from the Yale University School of Nursing with an emphasis on women, families, and children in 2001. Her extensive work experience includes a Harvard Fellowship at HVMA (now Atrius), McLean Psychiatric Hospital and Cambridge Health Alliance. She currently works in private practice via telehealth as well as the company Lifestance Inc.

Margaret Hughes, CPNP, PMHNP is a dual-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and pediatric nurse practitioner. After completing a Master's in Nursing (pediatrics) from Yale University, she provided medical care to children and adolescents at Mattapan Community Health Center and subsequently to college students at Northeastern University Health Center. Her passion for mental health has led her to obtain an additional degree as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.

Rachael Darian is a dually board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and specialist in adult primary care medicine. Her areas of clinical expertise include general psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, and addiction medicine. Rachael treats concerns and conditions related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, sleep disorders, and bipolar. She enjoys working with adults of all ages and has extensive experience working with active military personnel, veterans, emergency service workers, and disaster response workers.

Anne Turley is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in practice since 2014. She is well-versed in treating a wide range of diagnoses in patients aged 6-65. Anne is comfortable reaching outside traditional practice settings to care for patients and has embraced telemedicine as the key access to care advancement of the decade. Anne’s specialty areas include teenagers, autism spectrum disorder, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, treatment-resistant anxiety disorders, and multi-diagnosis cases.

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatrist and a faculty member at Harvard Medical School. I am also a therapist in psychedelic research trials. I offer psychotherapy, which I combine with medication management or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy if and when needed.
