As a Yale trained Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, with a Master's Degree in Psychology, and extensive training in both psychiatry and psychology, I will provide holistic, comprehensive, person-centered care. My commitment to you, is to not only treat the most overt symptoms currently showing up, but explore all contributing factors, and root causes, to develop a deeper understanding of how to best meet your goals. I am a Harvard trained, Board Certified, Psychiatrist with a private practice in the Back Bay Area, Boston. My training includes my MD from Stanford with honors, Harvard residency training at MGH-McLean, and my certification in cognitive behavioral therapy (for anxiety, depression and PTSD) while I was faculty at the University of Pennsylvania and University of Massachusetts. My outpatient clinic was previously at Cambridge Health Alliance and I now run a boutique private practice offering personalized, attentive care and support. Narrative therapy and mindfulness training are included along with meticulous psychopharmacology.

Some challenges and transitions people encounter each day can change outlook, cause stress, bring difficulties, sadness, panic, depression, anxiety and emotional shock. These situations may leave clients confused, distraught and overwhelmed. Focus is to help clients deal with these presenting issues. Working through stressful times and helping clients to attain their optimal level of functioning is a priority. Medication management is big in this practice; however different treatment methods are used and tailored to fit each individual client need.

Dr. Esteban Toledo-Carrion is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with over 14 years of experience. He was born and raised in Ecuador and completed his medical training in his home country, where his interest and commitment to helping diverse populations began.

I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.

I am known as a "psychiatrist's psychiatrist," a true healer, and one who is gifted at working with "challenging" situations" -- both individual and couples. Therapy is my specialty, and I evaluate and prescribe medication only for patients I treat in therapy when it is truly indicated. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are more interested in developing their own capacities than in complaining about the inadequacy of what they find outside themselves in the world and in other people. I do not provide "medication management" if that is a primary reason for consultation. Dr. Marken is a Columbia- and Cornell-trained, board-certified adult and child/adolescent psychiatrist. He was on faculty at Harvard Medical School and is now on faculty at New York University. Dr. Marken predominantly provides psychotherapy and/or medication management. He has a patient-centered approach that provides thorough and individualized care for your particular needs. As a physician, Dr. Marken focuses on the interaction between the biological, the psychological, and the environmental contributors to mental health. He is a member of the International Society for Sports Psychiatry and works with athletes at all levels.

I am Edith Claros, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner experienced in working with clients at various hospitals and clinics. I treat clients by telehealth who experienced anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, depression, PTSD, schizophrenia and trauma or with difficulty sleeping. I integrate education on treatments, medication management, and supportive therapy. My clients are from all ages, but I specialize in the older client. I am sensitive to the client’s culture, mental health experiences and perspectives when considering diagnosis and treatment. I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing for 7 years. I earned my BS in Neuroscience from Trinity College in 2012 after which I went on to graduate from Boston College Connell School of Nursing, earning a Master’s degree in Nursing in 2014. I have broad-ranging experience working in outpatient settings particularly in in private practice. I have worked and continue to work extensively with diverse populations. My expertise includes treating adolescents, adult and geriatric populations; utilizing a combination of psychopharmacology and supportive therapy.

Paul Coleman is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Coleman Mental Health Associates, PLLC, specializing in the mental health care of the patient.
