I believe each of us have different gifts and face different challenges and have different needs. My philosophy is simple. I work for you. I accept -preteen, teens, parents, singles, people in relationships, and seniors. I'm not in favor of adding on medications to medications without benefit. I believe a holistic approach with emphasis on self-wellness, sleep hygiene, exercise, healthy diet, supplements, but sometimes medication(s) are necessary.

As a Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I treat both children and adults of all ages. Together, we will partner to treat you with a holistic, integrative approach. I offer diagnostic and medication services for adults with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar spectrum, and ADHD. Clients who come to me are often feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and are looking for support. They might be on medication that isn't working and want another opinion, or perhaps want to explore the idea of discontinuing current long-term medication(s).
