I have enjoyed worked with many diverse groups, including members of the LGBTQ community, college students and professionals on all levels, individuals adjusting to cultural changes, persons in life-stage transitions, and those living with chronic disease. My interaction style ranges from supportive, directive, or challenging depending on the client's needs and goals. I maintain a collaborative and respectful approach, and establish a safe therapeutic environment with compassion, empathy, and significant dose of humor.

My approach is to synthesize a medical-model to the evaluation and treatment of your symptoms with a commitment to psychodynamic therapy. Diagnostic labels can be useful if you may need medications; but,even more important is our work together to understand the context of your current difficulties. What are the triggers for your symptoms; what are the meanings you give to feelings; and, how do your relationships, past and present, effect your coping style? My aim is to facilitate your growth towards ever greater authenticity, and to empower you to make healthier choices and maintain a more positive outlook.

I am skilled in providing individual therapy, medication management, and psychoeducation to help clients manage symptoms, improve coping skills, and enhance overall mental health and wellness. When conducting individual therapy, I utilize different types of therapy, namely Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Supportive Therapy.

I am a nurse practitioner offering medication management, and other treatments for mental health through Empowered Psychiatry in MA and in CA. I am Johns Hopkins-educated, LGBTQ+ positive, sex-positive, poly-, body- and kink positive, and I am pretty calm, casual, and relaxed, with some dry humor sprinkled in. I prioritize mutual open communication in order to work with each individual's goals. I try to avoid stigma and shame, including about substances, neurodivergence, and unfortunate past events, and I aim to work together to define and pursue health and wellness goals.

I treat a broad array of psychological and psychiatric conditions, with a particular expertise in mood disorders, stress and anxiety, and psycho-sexual issues. My clinical interests also include LGBT-focused care, trauma, as well as self esteem and relationship difficulties.

I am a Harvard-trained psychiatrist treating adults, people facing concerns around pregnancy, and couples in metro Boston. I am a compassionate and skilled PMHNP with dual-board certifications in Family Medicine and Psychiatry. I obtained my BSN from the University of Massachusetts Boston. I then received a MSN specializing in family medicine from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy. I earned a Post-Master’s Graduate Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of Massachusetts Worcester Medical School. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in diverse healthcare settings, including primary care, surgical, psychiatric, and within the VA healthcare system, where I dedicated my services to veterans.

Addie Dublin is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist in Massachusetts who has been practicing since 2004. Addie feels that one of her strengths is being able to quickly put clients at ease and develop a rapport that allows for their story and current state of being to be heard in a space that feels safe and supportive. Addie's experience working across levels of care allows her to recognize escalating states of crisis and provide triage and support as needed.

Suzanna Zaganjori MSN, CRNA, PMHNP-BC provides psychiatric assessment and treatment for pediatric and adolescent individuals with mental health concerns. She is board certified to care for patients of all ages. Suzanna has worked in pediatrics for over 17 years and in various clinical settings. She has extensive experience working with children and families during their most difficult and traumatic periods. Suzanna received her Master's in Nursing Anesthesia at Northeastern University in 2014. She received her post-master's PMHNP certification at Regis College in 2022.

Bex Kaye is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts who has been practicing since 2023. She studied at the MGH Institute of Health Professions, Columbia University, and Wellesley College. Bex thoughtfully integrates psychodynamic principles and individualized approaches to medication management. She encourages patients to approach their challenges with curiosity and compassion, exploring root causes to gain insights that promote deep healing.
