We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD and cognitive and behavioral concerns for all ages. Since I have both ADHD & dyslexia, we understand these conditions from a personal as well as professional standpoint. Using my strength-based approach, we help you tap into those strengths, and minimize the struggles using effective and proven methods, both with and without medication.

I work with both adolescents and adults struggling with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, PTSD, ADHD, substance use disorders and other psychiatric disorders.

I am a psychiatrist in private practice in Cambridge, Massachusetts with board certification in adult and child & adolescent psychiatry. I have 15 years of experience in practice and most commonly treat ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, and substance use. I specialize in individual therapy and provide guidance to parents and families. I normally emphasize diet, exercise, and sleeping habits as essential elements to therapy. If I think it makes sense, I will prescribe medications, collaborating with my patients and their healthcare providers to make safe and appropriate medication choices.

I focus on developing a collaborative relationship with my clients and I am deeply interested in getting to know their unique strengths, needs, and life experiences. I combine evidence based medicine with various therapeutic interventions, to empower my clients to balance their emotions, thoughts, and reactions. I am a Harvard-trained child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist. I have experience in providing diagnostic assessment, ongoing psychotherapy, parent guidance, medication (psychopharmacology) treatment and consultations. I enjoy working with people of all ages. I have served as a psychiatric consultant to a university counselling service, and I continue to work with middle, high school, and college age students. My approach draws on my training in a wide variety of treatment modalities, including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and family work.

Brian Jewers is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with many years of experience and a passion to help his community. Brian specializes in ADHD, Depression and Anxiety. Brian is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force where he served for nearly a decade, and translates the same commitment to serve into his nursing career. Stephanie L. Weingard graduated from Florida International University, achieving a post-masters certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in inpatient, outpatient and intensive outpatient settings over the past 8 years. She is also a United States Air Force Reservist and works providing mental health care to both active duty and reserve members.

Dr. Munir graduated with academic distinction, receiving his medical degree from Baqai Medical University in Karachi, Pakistan in 2013. He completed his psychiatry residency training at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston, MA in 2022 at which point he joined BNBA. Dr. Munir's goal as an early career psychiatrist is to accommodate the wide spectrum of needs of his patients. He is a staunch proponent of patient advocacy, and emphasizes the importance of the therapeutic alliance. He is attuned to the vast array of different cultural, religious and political backgrounds of our diverse communities.

I am a compassionate and skilled PMHNP with dual-board certifications in Family Medicine and Psychiatry. I obtained my BSN from the University of Massachusetts Boston. I then received a MSN specializing in family medicine from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy. I earned a Post-Master’s Graduate Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of Massachusetts Worcester Medical School. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in diverse healthcare settings, including primary care, surgical, psychiatric, and within the VA healthcare system, where I dedicated my services to veterans.

I am a psychopharmacology expert with 26 years of experience. I provide psychiatric evaluation and treatment to children, adolescents and adults with a history of ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, Panic Disorder, Anxiety Attacks, OCD, Depression, lack of motivation and insomnia. I am board certified in general psychiatry and also child and adolescent psychiatry. My full time work is medical director at McLean Hospital (Named America's #1 Hospital for Psychiatry by U.S. News and World Report). I am a clinical instructor in psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.

Deanna treats children, adolescents, young adults, and families with complex psychiatric, behavioral, and psychosocial challenges. As a nurse practitioner, she has worked in outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and school settings. Deanna specializes in therapies and medication management targeting anxiety disorders, ADHD, and executive function deficits. This expertise extends to evidence-based treatment for a range of conditions, including depression, mood disorders, eating disorders, and trauma-related disorders, among others.

Nataliya is a practicing clinician at Boston Neurobehavioral Associates, treating patients of all ages with a variety of mental health diagnoses. She moved to the US from Ukraine in 1991, with a degree in physics from the University of Tartu, Estonia. Nataliya received her Bachelor of Art in Biology from Wellesley College and studied platelet signaling at Beth Israel Hospital. She later entered a field of drug discovery as a platelet biologist and immunologist and worked at Biogen IDEC and Merk. Then, she graduated from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program.
