Hello! My name is Fikreta, and I am a passionate and dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. I provide medication management services and specialize in treating individuals with anxiety, depression, and post traumatic stress disorder. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, recognizing the importance of tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each individual. I strongly believe in the power of building a trusting and collaborative relationship with my patients and their families.

I value working collaboratively with clients, working holistically while we focus on how meds could help. I enjoy working with individuals of diverse backgrounds and I am sensitive to cultural differences in order to ensure your mental health needs are addressed.

My goal is geared towards establishing an environment centered on trust and meaning for all patients from all backgrounds. As a lead nurse practitioner during the pandemic times of isolation, quarantine, and minimal social events, I observed and treated the immediate, short-term impacts of COVID-19 and grew an interest in understanding the long-term mental health impacts of the pandemic, especially among marginalized groups of people.

I want to help my clients find an ultimate and healthy approach to their mental wellbeing. My choice of treatment plan is consistent with my client's commitment. Psychiatric symptoms such as Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, Depression, Bipolar disorder, ext. can be triggered and exacerbated by many things such as: endocrine issues, insufficient self-care, lack of exercise, poor diet and more. Armed with an understanding of holistic approach along with Psychiatric Medicine, I diagnose and create medication management plans for each of my patients and help address other issues by consulting with appropriate professionals.

Brian Jewers is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with many years of experience and a passion to help his community. Brian specializes in ADHD, Depression and Anxiety. Brian is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force where he served for nearly a decade, and translates the same commitment to serve into his nursing career. Now accepting new patients ages 14 and older.

Jessica Frawley is a Physician Assistant who is dedicated to improving the mental health of her patients. Receiving her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience, she utilizes her skillset to approach mental health from both a psychological and psychiatric point of view. Jessica’s clinical areas of focus include the treatment of mood disorders, ADHD, and Anxiety. She is a strong advocate of using a multifaceted model in helping her patient’s journey in their mental health and overall wellness.

Some challenges and transitions people encounter each day can change outlook, cause stress, bring difficulties, sadness, panic, depression, anxiety and emotional shock. These situations may leave clients confused, distraught and overwhelmed. Focus is to help clients deal with these presenting issues. Working through stressful times and helping clients to attain their optimal level of functioning is a priority. Medication management is big in this practice; however different treatment methods are used and tailored to fit each individual client need.

The practice consists of multiple psychiatric prescribers that have extensive training in psychotherapy. While we believe that medications can be very helpful, we insist on providing more than medication for our patients.
