I use an approach that combines psychiatry-as-usual, that is, medications and therapy, with lifestyle changes in six domains. I work with patients to help them to achieve all-around vibrant health, both mental and physical.

I am empathetic and highly skilled at treating individuals with substance use disorders and behavioral addictions such as gambling, sex and eating disorders.
