Dr. Hoes completed his medical degree at Howard University and psychiatry residency at UCLA. He founded Latitude Mental Health in 2018, creating LA's premier Sports Psychiatry practice, focusing on enhancing mental fitness and performance through psychiatry, therapy, and coaching. By 2020, he established SportsPsychMDs, a nonprofit aimed at improving public health by introducing mental health education into schools. Additionally, Dr. Hoes launched MUUD Technology, a startup aimed at integrating mental health into mobile tech via community engagement. He also contributes as an NFL Players Association expert examiner.

I am a board-certified psychiatrist and graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) and New York University (NYU). After graduating as chief resident, I went on to pursue a fellowship and work in the public sector serving those most in need.
