With over 13 years in practice, Lotus Psychiatry and Wellness lead psychiatrist, Mustafa Pirzada M.D. has a vast amount of experience in evaluating and treating children, adolescence and adults for a wide of disorders. At Lotus Psychiatry and Wellness, he has assembled an interdisciplinary team that is equipped to treat both the body and mind. I am a dual certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse practitioner (FNP, PMHNP) who entered this profession to provide the impactful, meaningful results that most people hope to find when they seek treatment for a mental health condition. My main areas of focus include depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder in the adult and geriatric population. I utilize medication management and psychotherapy to meet the needs of my clients.

I feel honored to have completed my Psychiatric Residency training at Saint Elizabeths Hospital in Washington DC. Having grown up in Cuba I moved in 2019 to be closer to my family and practice in the beautiful weather here in sunny Florida. As an adult psychiatrist I specialize in treatment of Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, OCD and PTSD. I'm committed to creating a strong doctor-patient therapeutic relationship with a patient-centered focus of care. My approach is providing a consistent, empathic and nonjudgmental space to help my patients relieve their suffering and improve their mental well-being.

I am a Board Certified Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist and Psychoanalyst. I know it can be difficult to find yourself struggling with your emotions which in turn create disharmony, inhibition or unhappiness. These difficulties can feel overwhelming and affect every aspect of life from relationships to your work and daily activities. Sometimes it is difficult to understand why we react the way we do and how to achieve a change in a deep and long lasting way.

I work by helping people understand themselves more fully so that long lasting gains may be reached in personal and professional settings. Through learning that takes place in the working relationship with me, long term personal growth can be achieved free of much, if any, need for medication treatment. A judicious approach to psychotropic medication treatment is used in my practice. Modern psychoanalytic techniques are commonly put to use in my practice and I believe that in working openly together we may achieve a great deal. In addition, holistic approaches are discussed and are sometimes recommended.

I was born in Miami but grew up right here in Boca Raton. I worked at Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Weston and later in the Miami Veterans Affairs Healthcare System. Serving those who served this country was one of the most humbling and enlightening experiences of my life, and it helped me to discover my true passion for Psychiatry. I completed my training in General Psychiatry in Miami and decided to move closer to family. I currently treat those with Anxiety and Panic Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, PTSD and Depression. I currently accept Aetna, Cigna, Optum, United Healthcare, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicare.

Dr. Yveline Jacques is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Florida. Dr. Jacques has been in the medical field for over 25 years and has been practicing psychiatry for the past eight years. She is certified to treat clients across the lifespan, but she specialized in adult psychiatry, helping clients with a variety of psychiatric illnesses including major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactive disorder, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia.

Samantha Saltz, MD is a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist who provides individualized, tailored treatment to each of her patients and believes in a team approach to medicine. She uses a dynamic style involving medication management, therapy and, when necessary, a medical workup. She consults with other providers, family members and, for children, schools, to ensure that each patient is treated to the fullest extent.

Accepting New Clients. Appointments are typically available within 7 days. We offer Medication Management, Counseling/Psychotherapy, and Neuropsychological Testing online via our Telepsychiatry Services throughout Florida. Our team of experienced mental health professionals includes Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Certified Physician Assistants, and Licensed Therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 5 and above. We accept most insurance plans including Medicare.

I am an empathic, non-judgmental, easy to engage with, triple-board certified psychiatrist who conducts thorough psychiatric evaluations to assess your needs and figure out together about the best options to achieve your goals with an individualized treatment plan. Evaluations are currently done virtually via telepsychiatry if you are in either state of FL, NM or MO, and can be done in English or Spanish according to your preference.

I moved to Florida after leaving the Army to put down roots for my children and be closer to my family. My time as an Army psychiatrist offered me the wonderful opportunity to work with and treat individuals from diverse backgrounds. I spent nine years moving around the world taking care of our service members, their families, and our veterans. I had the privilege of serving in Alaska, Iraq, South Korea, and Italy and I plan to continue my service in the Army Reserves. I have been told that I am an approachable, discerning, and thoughtful physician who offers a holistic, patient-centered approach to care.

I've dedicated my practice to treating individuals with a wide range of psychiatric illness. My specialties in the treatment of children, adolescents and adults utilizes the application of the bio-psycho-social model. After completing training in Adult Psychiatry, I pursued a fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. I am available to provide medication management. In addition, I have recently become the medical director for Dr Kahlil Shillingford's Bariatric Surgery Practice. My duties include providing clinical supervision to office and hospital staff and performing performance improvement studies.

I moved from Charleston South Carolina to Boca Raton in the summer of 2017 to be with my wife and two daughters as she accepted a position as an oncologist at the Cleveland Clinic. I am board certified, and currently treat those with Anxiety and Panic Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD and Depression. At the current time I accept Aetna, Cigna, Optum, United Healthcare, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicare. My fee for service is set minimally above insurance rates.

I am currently accepting new patients. I offer medication management in combination with brief cognitive behavioral therapy via telemedicine. As a dual board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, I care for the community by balancing the rational, emotional and spiritual health of each individual. I am a board certified psychiatrist with a telepsychiatric practice seeing patients in Florida and NY. I am licensed in Both Florida and New York states. My concierge practice specializes in medication management to treat psychiatric issues including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and all other psychiatric needs of the patient. I approach each client in a nonjudgmental manner to help decrease and eliminate symptoms and achieve treatment goals. I am originally from Lima, Peru and raised in Miami. Growing up I enjoyed playing tennis and reading as much as possible. Upon high school graduation I decided to stay close to my family and attended the University of Miami. During my time there I became an avid fan of the Hurricanes but after college my desire to become a physician and my husband’s job took us to the Midwest. I have since returned to join Delray Beach Psychiatry where I currently treat Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, OCD and PTSD with either medication and/or therapy.
