My orientation is integrative/holistic, and I typically use a combination of psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and motivational interviewing techniques in my work. I have worked with patients across the lifespan and have experience treating common diagnoses, such as depression, anxiety, and panic attacks, and serious mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective, and bipolar disorder.
