Dr. Irina Kogan is a board certified psychiatrist with a thorough knowledge of psychopharmacology across the full spectrum of psychiatric disorders. She is expert in the treatment of mood, anxiety, and attentional disorders. In addition, she completed addiction psychiatry training at Beth Israel Medical Center, where she gained expertise in the treatment of co-occurring substance use disorders (substance use that occurs alongside anxiety, depression, and other conditions). Paul Davanzo is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of experience. He earned his Master’s of Science in Nursing from Stonybrook University School of Nursing and Health Studies. After graduation, he started at South Oaks Psychiatric Hospital, then Creedmoor Psychiatric Center, and later New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center's CPEP unit. Throughout his career, Paul prioritizes addressing psycho-social needs in a compassionate, non-judgmental, safe therapeutic environment for clients.
