I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and earned my MD from Jefferson Medical College. I completed my Psychiatry residency at Mount Sinai (NYC) where I received extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My specialties are in the areas of mood, anxiety and eating disorders. I am also trained and certified as a health coach by The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I have maintained a private practice in Scarsdale since 2005 and I am now thrilled to be able to offer my services to patients in Florida via my telemedicine practice.

How can we help you ? I am a dual-certified and licensed Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner. Our Katonah office is a small private practice. This allows us to provide confidential individual care; to include medication management and cognitive-behavioral therapy for a variety of mental health issues. I am currently accepting new patients ages 18 years and up. We offer before and after hour as well as weekend appointments. Our office is conveniently located on the main strip in town. We do not accept commercial insurance, we will provide an insurance claim form for you to submit at the end of each visit.

I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with seven years of combined inpatient psychiatric and medical experience. I earned my MSN from Hunter Bellevue School of Nursing and specialize in psychotherapy and medication management.

Jocelyn Soffer, M.D. is a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist in private practice, offering psychotherapy and psychopharmacology treatment. She received her B.A. in Philosophy from Yale University, and her M.D. from the Yale University School of Medicine. She completed her Adult Psychiatry Internship and Residency at Mount Sinai, serving as chief resident, with Board Certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She also completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at NYU, and is now on faculty there as Clinical Assistant Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, teaching undergraduates.

Ms. Stacey L. Coleman-Mitchell is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, licensed in the states of California, Georgia, New York, Arizona, Florida, and Washington to treat children (7+), adolescents and adults . Ms. Coleman-Mitchell started her educational training by obtaining her Associate of Science in Nursing from Gordon University and later went to Chamberlain University graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Soon after, Stacey received her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. She is committed to working together with her clients monthly to ensure they are receiving the best care possible.

Dr. Mouzon is a New York State licensed psychiatrist, certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She earned her medical degree at New York University School of Medicine and completed psychiatry residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Prior to joining our staff, she was the Associate Medical Director of the Adult Outpatient Psychiatry Department at Montefiore Medical Center and an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Dr. Ben Wan is a board-certified psychiatrist providing individualized treatment for adults suffering from depression and anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and other issues related to work and relationships. Dr. Wan provides psychoanalytic psychotherapy informed by more recent advances in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness theory. When indicated, Dr. Wan also recommends and prescribes medication.
