I have almost two decades of experience as a nurse practitioner and therapist treating individuals with mental health struggles. I enjoy working with women's mental health issues including postpartum, motherhood journeys, fertility struggles, PMDD and relationships. I also enjoy working with as a gender affirming provider and trauma informed practice. I offer medication or medication and therapy to treat the whole person as each journey is different. The bulk of our practice is medication management, however, we work collaboratively with other therapists and provide referrals for those without. A combination of individual therapy and medication management often works best for treatment. I have over 20 years of experience treating psychiatric disorders including anxiety, depression and ADD. I earned my BSN and MSN at the University of Pennsylvania in 2002 and have worked at both inpatient and outpatient setting. I provide psychiatric medication prescriptions and medication management. I also offer ADHD testing and treatment. I do not provide psychotherapy. I treat ages 18 and above.

I have a private practice consisting of clients seeking psychiatric medication and a small number of adult clients seeking counseling only. I see both children and adults for psychiatric medication. Clients seek services for Depression, Anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder as well as many other symptoms.

I am a dually certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner and I have extensive psychiatric nursing experience having worked in inpatient, homecare and outpatient settings. I have experience in Anxiety disorders, Bipolar disorders, Mood disorders, Psychotic disorders and other mental illness. I work with 13+ and I take pride in providing high-quality patient care.

Regina is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with multiple years of experience as a nurse in community psychiatric care. She believes in individualized client care that is holistic and is vested in promoting self-care, and lifestyle changes (sleep hygiene, exercise, nutrition, stress management) in concert with a variety of psychotherapy and pharmacological modalities.

I have current openings (as of 4/24). I enjoy getting to know my patients and consider that the best part of my job. I provide medication management services and won’t rush you through appointments and will take time getting to know you. I believe that quality care takes into account the whole person. As a specialist in women’s health, have spent years working in obstetrics as a midwife, and now as a psychiatric NP. I am passionate about serving as a support for women who may be coping with infertility, are currently pregnant, postpartum, or dealing with the stress that often accompanies the early parenting years.
