I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist Intensive Training (ASDCS), Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), Certified Complex PTSD and Trauma (CCTP-II). I assess, diagnose, and treat all ages of life; from pediatric to geriatric. Each patient is unique in what their needs are, and will be treated to meet those needs.

Sarah graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, known for having one of the best nursing programs in the country. With twelve years of experience, Sarah is an expert in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and life adjustments. Sarah is empathic and patient-centered. She approaches treatment with the belief that each client is an individual, with the goal of helping you regain a sense of wholeness. Sarah specializes in seeing children, adolescents, and adults.

All patients are ideal to me. They come with a unique set of circumstances that require individualized treatment plans. The treatment will consist of medication management (if required), referrals, and counseling. The goal is to return the individual to a healthier self in mind and body. I can offer comprehensive care consisting psychiatric medication management in collaboration with your other treating providers.

I have been practicing general adult psychiatry since 1997 and have extensive expertise in evaluating and treating individuals of all ages, as well as treating a wide variety of emotional and mental conditions that range from mood/anxiety disorders, substance abuse, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and eating disorders to consulting with clients about grief, trauma, work stress, relationship problems, adoption, legal cases, disability, and other major life changing events. Debora Ellis is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who treats a broad range of mental illnesses in patients of all ages. Dr. Ellis completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice, Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree at Rush University in Chicago. Her areas of interest include personality disorders, PTSD, psychotic disorders, mood disorders, eating disorders, and addictions. Dr. Ellis’ philosophy of patient care is based on establishing a collaborative, therapeutic relationship with the patient that is founded on effective communication and honesty.

Dr. Jasinski is a board certified psychiatrist who completed medical residency in psychiatry at the University of Maryland Sheppard Pratt program in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Jasinski has years of experience in the medical profession practicing as both a family physician and psychiatrist. He has practiced medicine in a variety of clinical settings such emergency departments, urgent care, outpatient medical clinics, and obstetrics. Dr. Jasinski is the Medical Director of the Meadows Outpatient Program-Chicago and he is on staff at Linden Oaks Hospital in Naperville, Illinois as well as OSF Medical Center in Urbana, IL.
