I practice evidence-based psychopharmacology, psychodynamic psychotherapy and integrative medicine. I specialize in intense short-term dynamic psychotherapy (ISTDP) that can lead to rapid and permanent recovery from a wide range of problems including anxiety, depression, loneliness, self-esteem and relationship problems, anger management issues, self-destructive behaviors and psychosomatic conditions.
