Hello, I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Stella Center. I hold a Post Master's degree from the University of South Alabama specializing in mental health nursing and psychiatry. At Stella Center, my main responsibility is to provide medical and biopsychosocial assessments to guide your care journey. We treat mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, and PTSD with biological treatments like the dual sympathetic reset (an advanced stellate ganglion block (SGB), ketamine infusion, and more.

I am experienced in treating both adults and children with the use of Psychoanalytic methods. I use the object relations approaches of Klein, Winnicott and Bion. In child therapy, I engage children on a deep level through play, dreams, art and conversation. With adults, I use free association, night and day dreams. My object is to expose patients to their primitive, deep anxieties allowing them to work through their troubled minds, facilitating internal growth and development, and positive social interactions. I also work with mothers and babies having bonding difficulties. My practice is busy so use email for best results.

Dr. Jehan Helmi is a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist. She has extensive knowledge and training in psychotherapy and medication management. Dr. Sina Safahieh hails from Austin, Texas. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch and completed an adult psychiatry residency, and child & adolescent fellowship at UC Irvine. Dr. Safahieh graduated with highest honors with a BBA in Business Management from the University of Texas at Austin. He is currently in private practice with offices in Newport Beach and Mission Viejo. Dr. Safahieh is fluent in Farsi and conversational Spanish

Dr. Hansen began her medical career in the Army National Guard as a medic. After completing 12 years education, she moved to Alaska to work in integrated care models for the Native American people at Southcentral Foundation. During this time, she served as an adult & adolescent psychiatrist & director for the dual-diagnosis addiction program. She gradually transitioned to the field of tele-psychiatry & assumed the role of Behavioral Health Director for multiple towns in Alaska while concomitantly working in California for LA County. She now practices concierge tele-psychiatry in AK, AZ, CA & FL & is accepting new clients.
