I am a physician assistant with both the passion and experience treating patients who feel unseen or unsupported. I received my master’s degree in physician assistant studies from South University in Savannah, GA. I am the child of immigrant parents that worked hard to provide for my sibling and I, therefore it’s important to me to advocate for our underserved, minority, and more vulnerable populations. With experience in addiction medicine, treating adolescents/adults with depression, anxiety, mood and neurodevelopmental disorders, I am dedicated to continuing to learn/educate patients on how to best treat their Mental Health!

Dr. Reid is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with over 20 years of clinical experience. She completed medical school at the University of South Carolina and Residency in Psychiatry at University of North Carolina Hospitals. Dr. Reid feels that the field of Psychiatry is unique in that it requires a collaborative, whole person approach to Medical care. She has always enjoyed this aspect of being a Psychiatrist, spending time getting to know patients, unfolding and understanding together the complex interplay of medical and Psychosocial events that create the symptoms we focus on in treatment.

I feel incredibly fortunate to contribute to the mental health field, where prioritizing mental well-being is neither shameful nor taboo. Our bodies inherently safeguard our most crucial organ: the brain. It serves as the powerhouse for the entire body, and its well-being is as vital as that of our heart, pancreas, or lungs. My journey in the mental health field began as a social worker and psychotherapist. Over time, I evolved into a physician assistant, equipped to prescribe medications and offer comprehensive medical care. To enhance my capabilities, I pursued and attained additional certification in psychiatry

Driven by a deep compassion for medicine, she later earned her Master of Physician Assistant Practice degree from Campbell University. Vaishali thrives on building open and trusting relationships with her patients, emphasizing active listening, empathy, and individualized care. As a firm believer of mind-body connection, Vaishali emphasizes the importance of both healthy lifestyle choices, strong social bonds, and spirituality in promoting mental well-being.

Corbin transitioned to outpatient psychiatric care in 2020, and has been practicing in behavioral health ever since! His goal was to pursue a career in mental healthcare in order to help alleviate the shortage of mental healthcare providers in this country. I am a board certified nurse practitioner who has been in practice for 12 years. I provide mental health care as a first line approach to health care and then branch patients, who desire, into primary care services as a secondary service. I use genetic testing and advanced lab work to assess general health and utilize behavioral approaches to chronic disease management.
