Starting in the home health setting, he quickly discovered his passion for psychiatry and advanced to multiple leadership roles at several inpatient psychiatric hospitals in Arizona. I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner and currently in my 40th year of practice. I have a Master's Degree in Mental Health Nursing and am a member of the Nurse's Honor Society. I love what I do and take a genuine interest in my clients. It is very fulfilling to watch people get better and attain their highest level of functioning. Dr. Samuel is Board Certified in Child, Adolescent & Adult Psychiatry and sees Children of all ages, as well as Adults who need Mental Health Services. Dr. Samuel is also Board Certified in Addiction Medicine; and treats patient with all types of Substance Use Disorders (including the use of Suboxone/Buprenorphine for Opiates). As a physician who is also Board Certified in Brain Injury (Traumatic & Non-Traumatic) Medicine, Dr. Samuel conducts TBI and PTSD Compensation Evaluations for Military Veterans.
