Dr. Seicarescu is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. She received her medical degree from the Carol Davila University of Medicine in Romania and completed her psychiatry residency at Wayne State University in Detroit. Dr. Seicarescu's approach is collaborative, supportive, and patient-centered. Her practice focuses on medication management along with elements of therapy from different modalities, such as supportive and cognitive behavioral therapy that are patient-tailored.

Dr. Michele Kerbow is a board certified psychiatrist with more than 20 years of clinical experience. She completed her undergraduate training at Clemson University before continuing to the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, SC. From there, she completed her General Psychiatry Internship and General Adult Psychiatry Residency through the University of Virginia in Roanoke. Though she has a wide array of experience in psychiatric care and psychological assessment, Dr. Kerbow has a particular interest in the treatment of Veterans' issues and trauma.

Vaishali thrives on building open and trusting relationships with her patients, emphasizing active listening, empathy, and individualized care. As a firm believer of mind-body connection, Vaishali emphasizes the importance of both healthy lifestyle choices, strong social bonds, and spirituality in promoting mental well-being.

Katie Macaluso is a physician assistant who specializes in medication management for a variety of psychiatric conditions. She completed her PA program at Philadelphia University and began her career in psychiatry working in a crisis response center. She has treated patients in inpatient, detox, rehab and outpatient settings. She has worked with an array of patient populations and treats conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood, and psychotic disorders. She collaborates with a NC board certified physician as required by the states and utilizes evidence-based approach in her care plan.

Family Psychiatry Practice & Associates has been serving the community in Cary, North Carolina for over 25 years. Our caring and professional board-certified psychiatrists see children, adolescents, and adults for both medication management and psychotherapy. Dr. Duke-Sui and Dr. Boyer are board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. They offer both psychotherapy and medication management.

Dr. Jubert is a board-certified staff psychiatrist at Talkiatry. He has been practicing for 5 years. Dr. Jubert's practice focuses predominately on medication management, often in conjunction with supportive therapy, during 30-minute follow-up visits.
