Welcome to MTP Psychiatry the official practice of Tanveer A. Padder, MD, a triple board-certified psychiatrist. Under his insightful leadership and great clinical expertise, we deliver a diverse and comprehensive array of state-of-the-art mental health services to our clients, including oral and intranasal ketamine. We provide care for many diseases and conditions, including anxiety, major depression, bipolar disorders, ADHD, PTSD, OCD,and many more. I offer a range of evidence-based, patient-centered outpatient clinical services to meet the behavioral health care needs of patients and their families via in-person and telehealth. I provide a variety of assessment and treatment services, including psychiatric consultation, medication therapies, individual, couples, and family psychotherapy. The conditions I primarily treat are Depression, Anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Personality Disorders, Adjustment Disorders, Gender Dysphoria, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Substance Use Disorders and Co-Occurring Mental Health Disorders.

Mindspring Health is available for same/next week appointments via tele-health (GA and IN) or in-person sessions (GA). Our board-certified psychiatrists specialize in evidence-based and patient-centered treatment. Our psychiatrists completed training in General Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry at Emory University School of Medicine. We treat children, teenagers, adults, and elderly patients. We also specialize in forensic psychiatry and conduct independent medical evaluations, fitness for duty evaluations, competency to stand trial, and criminal responsibility evaluations.

I have 11 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various psychiatric problems. I treat anxiety, depression, and mood disorders via my virtual platform. I do not prescribe controlled substances via my virtual platform.

I'm a board certified psychiatrist specializing in treating adults and teenagers with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD and other mental health issues. I take a look at the whole person. I strive to be a good listener and focus on addressing my patient's concerns. I have also trained in integrative psychiatry which allows me to have a broader set of treatment modalities on hand. I do psychotherapy and prescribe medications and supplements together, as needed. I offer in person and telehealth visits.

I am uniquely Board Certified in adult as well as child and adolescent psychiatry. I completed adult psychiatry residency at Wayne State University MI then furthered education with child psychiatry fellowship at Brown University RI. I have worked in various clinical settings including inpatient units, outpatient, residential facilities and ER. As a child psychiatrist I have enjoyed working at school based clinics, academic institutions and community mental health agencies. These years of extensive clinical experience enable me to utilize various modalities of treatment for all age groups.
