Olivia Cook is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Ohio who has been practicing since 2002. She graduated with a Bachelor's from The Ohio State University, and also received a Master of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University. Olivia can help clients achieve their full potential of mental wellness through a combination of pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions. I am a psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience in treating individuals with mental health disorders. I have experience in treating individuals from different populations, age groups and cultures in outpatient, inpatient and home settings.

I received my medical degree from Gujarat University, and completed residency in psychiatry at Rosalind Franklin University in North Chicago. Prior to my work in psychiatry, I worked in private practice and as an assistant professor in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. I am certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. I have been practicing for over 25 years in the Cincinnati area and have experience with diverse populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I keep current with new advances in medicine and use evidence-based guidelines for treatment, but am also constantly learning from my patients.

I specialize in treating a variety of common psychiatric disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, sleep, and personality disorders. This practice is 100% remote/telepsychiatry, proudly serving Ohio. This practice is not currently managing controlled substances (including stimulants and benzodiazepines). This practice does not offer neuropsychological testing or ADHD diagnostic assessments for adults who haven't had this diagnosis established prior to age 12. This practice does not offer stand-alone establishment or confirmation of ADHD for other providers, including primary care providers.

Kelly has more than 2 decades of nursing experience in the psychiatric field, ranging from child to adult inpatient care to community mental health crisis stabilization as well as many years in medical critical care settings.

I am Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and have been practicing since 2005. I completed my residency from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and my Fellowship in Addictions from the Robert Johnson Wood Foundation. In 2014, I was featured in SJ Magazine as one of New Jersey’s top psychiatrists. I have experience working with adults as well as adolescents suffering from both psychiatric diagnosis and substance use disorders and have extensive experience working in both out-patient and in-patient settings.

I have been practicing for more than 12 years and hold multi-state licensures.
