We are currently accepting patients via telehealth. Online appointments are conducted from the comfort of your home or private work space, using secure video chat technology. We have two board certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, Chandra Cogburn and Shanti Herzog. We provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, and psychiatric medication management treatment. Medication appointments are typically accompanied by brief counseling where we focus on achieving your overall health goals. We encourage people to also have a primary talk therapist for more comprehensive therapy. We see ages 5 and above to adult.

My first goal in treatment is to get to know my clients and understand their story. As a trained and experienced nurse practitioner, I provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnose and prescribe medication to both children and adults.

I am a doctoral-prepared licensed Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have a strong background in acute, subacute and chronic mental health disorders stemming from at least 10 years of inpatient psychiatric and mental health care experience. Though I am certified to work with all ages, I believe that I especially excel in working with adult individuals who are particularly having difficulty from various mood disorders and anxiety disorders along with schizophrenia spectrum disorders.

Ross A Brown is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). He holds a Masters of Science and Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin, where he completed studies as an Adult Health Clinical Nurse Specialist. For fifteen years he worked in preventative cardiology and stroke neurology, then went on to complete his postmaster certificate as a PMHNP at the University of New Mexico. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, he cares for patients ages sixteen and older with anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, and treats the mental health needs of senior adults.

My priority is to get to know my clients individually and understand their unique needs. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner I provide comprehensive client centered psychiatric services for adults that begins with a diagnostic evaluation and development of an evidence-based treatment plan. I strive to provide compassionate care that is individualized and collaborative. I offer services via Telehealth with a fully integrated electronic health record to make accessing care easy. I enjoy working with adults across the lifespan with a specific interest in working with individuals in the perinatal period.

My specialty is psychiatry and psychoanalysis. My expertise is the diagnosis and treatment of emotional disorders. I help people understand the origins and find solutions to emotional feelings that have gotten in the way of a meaningful and satisfying life. I utilize a variety of techniques including psychotherapy, psychoanalysis and medication to help manage emotional distress.

Ms. Weston is a board-certified lifespan Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in all ages, including children and adolescents, the LGBTQ+ population, as well as prenatal/postnatal mental healthcare. She also specializes in telehealth having been online since 2018. She currently offers medication management in Oregon (self pay and insurance) and Washington (self pay only at this time). Will be expanding to Alaska.
