She received her master's degree at Gonzaga University and her nursing and psychology degrees from The University of Montana. Her practice focuses primarily on medication management with supportive therapy. Tara strives to provide a supportive, therapeutic and collaborative approach. She provides patient care in a calm, empathetic, and holistic manner while encouraging joint decision-making with patients to achieve wellness and the best outcomes.

Lindsey provides comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide variety of mental health conditions. She provides a holistic approach that integrates medication management, psychotherapy, and lifestyle changes to address the many factors impacting her clients' wellbeing.
