Boasting nearly two decades of invaluable experience, she has made significant contributions to the field, particularly in psychiatric nursing where she has provided direct care services, including expert medication management, to a diverse range of clients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Marcela has a Bachelors in Science from University of Miami, and earned her MSN Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University. She has been in Emergency Medicine for 10 years, and also works as a Neurology Nurse Practitioner. Marcela's goal at BNBA is to make her patients feel like they can always reach out, and to make them feel their very best. Marcela loves to travel and Florida Gator Football- Go Gators!

Ellis Marie Mace is an ANCC board-certified and fully licensed Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Saint Louis University. Prior to becoming a specialized NP, she was a registered nurse for twelve years in psychiatry, medical-surgical, nephrology, and post-anesthesia care. Native to Alabama, she was raised with three brothers in a close community of friends while participating in theatre, piano, creative writing, and tennis.

Dr. Munir graduated with academic distinction, receiving his medical degree from Baqai Medical University in Karachi, Pakistan in 2013. He completed his psychiatry residency training at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston, MA in 2022 at which point he joined BNBA. Dr. Munir's goal as an early career psychiatrist is to accommodate the wide spectrum of needs of his patients. He is a staunch proponent of patient advocacy, and emphasizes the importance of the therapeutic alliance. He is attuned to the vast array of different cultural, religious and political backgrounds of our diverse communities.

Hannah employs a compassionate, empowering patient care style and specializes in working with children (10+) and young adults. She provides psychiatric medication management services, emphasizing a collaborative approach with patients and families.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner caring for individuals with mental health needs across the lifespan. I received Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Boston and Bachelor’s in Nursing from Northeastern University. I earned Master’s in Nursing from Regis College. In August 2022, I became board certified in psychiatric mental health and became a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My clinical interests include utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills to manage anxiety, depression, insomnia and substance use disorders.

Nataliya is a practicing clinician at Boston Neurobehavioral Associates, treating patients of all ages with a variety of mental health diagnoses. She moved to the US from Ukraine in 1991, with a degree in physics from the University of Tartu, Estonia. Nataliya received her Bachelor of Art in Biology from Wellesley College and studied platelet signaling at Beth Israel Hospital. She later entered a field of drug discovery as a platelet biologist and immunologist and worked at Biogen IDEC and Merk. Then, she graduated from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program.

I am a physician Board Certified in Adult psychiatry, specializing in medication management of a variety of mental health-related problems, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, insomnia, obsessive-compulsive conditions, etc. I am also treating substance abuse-related conditions, including opioid dependence. I offer primarily IN-PERSON appointments in our office in Woburn. Telehealth appointments are optional depending on the complexity and treatment needs.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience in mental health and substance abuse. I am certified through Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to prescribe Suboxone. In addition, I prescribe Vivitrol for Alcohol and Opioid Use Disorders.

Alice Husted is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who has 10 years of experience treating adults and adolescents (13 and older) with an array of mental health issues. Alice has specialized experience working with patients who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), which has provided her expertise in treating disorders that are often a result of trauma, such as addictions, mood disorders, and eating disorders.

Dustin graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and a Minor in Chemistry. After discovering his passion for medicine, Dustin pursued his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at MCPHS University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and ranking in the top 10% of his class.

Doug Crook is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the state of Massachusetts. He has nearly 20 years of experience working in the mental health field in various roles including mental health counselor and registered nurse. He has held clinical and management positions. He has primarily worked on inpatient psychiatric units—with both adults and children. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salem State College and recently his Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice at Regis College.
