I have the privilege of caring for a diverse group of multifaceted adult patients and provide evidence based customized treatment based on each of their unique needs. My approach is integrative, varying from tradition cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic models to utilizing elements of a broader range of psychotherapeutic modalities, as well as implementing medication management, when medically indicated. Treating anxiety, ADHD, depression, OCD, and providing consultations in reproductive psychiatry is part of my daily practice.

I am tranied in both Adult and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry from Stanford Hospital and Clinics. I am also an experienced Board certified Psychiatrist.I provide quality,evidence based treatment to help individuals and families overcome difficulties and lead happier, more productive lives. I believe in a holistic approach to address your concerns through careful evaluation and psychotherapy and medication management. I offer treatment including both psychotherapy and medication management, for a wide variety of psychiatric disorders for all ages including Children, Adolescents and Adults. I provide Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Interpersonal therapy (IPT, Mindfullness based psychotherapy,family therapy and Parent training.

Dr. Wyman is a licensed physician. She strives to understand her patients beyond their symptoms or diagnoses, to understand them as whole people with unique values, beliefs and hopes. Her clinical interests include complex and developmental trauma, adult ADHD, and psychoanalytic psychotherapy. She treats patients with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, adult ADHD, and other common and complex conditions.

I am a Stanford and Emory trained child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist. Each patient of mine is a distinct individual with their own unique life experiences, strengths and challenges. Therefore, I create a specialized treatment plan in a collaborative and respectful manner, providing compassionate and evidence-based psychotherapy and/or pharmacologic management in a warm, supportive environment. I have particular expertise in ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders and Adult ADHD. I am trained, among other therapeutic methods, in Family-Based Therapy for Anorexia Nervosa and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at Stanford University.
